PALAK PANEER
Palak paneer cooked using spinach and fresh cottage cheese.Ingredients:
Spinach1 Bay leaf
250 gms of cottage cheese (cut cubes)
1 tsp Cumin seed
4 Tomatoes
2 Onions
1 inch piece of Ginger
7-8 Garlic Flakes
2 Green Chili
Salt to taste
Pinch of turmeric Powder
3/4 tsp Red Chili Powder
3/4 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp butter
1 tsp Fresh Cream
Coriander Leaves for Garnishing
Method
•Remove spinach leaves from stem and wash leaves well.•Take 2 glasses of water when it starts to boil, then add spinach and Cook for 2 minutes
•Switch of the heat and let the spinach cool down
•Blend the spinach mixer to make a thick spinach paste
•Heat Butter in a Pan add cumin seed and bay leaf, When a cumin seed starts to crackle add Garlic, Ginger and stir till it turns brown then add Onions and fry till it turn translucent. Add tomato and cook in medium heat it till leaves oil in the side and then add pinch of turmeric powder, red chili powder and garam masala and salt to taste
•Then add spinach paste and cook it for 5 minutes
•Add pieces of cottage cheese and mix it well. Cook and cover on low heat for 4-5 minute.
•Take it out in a serving bowl and garnish with fresh cream and Coriander leaves

Smi...really tempting looking one. I love palak and paneer.
