Butter Masala dosa




For  Masala dosa batter

2 cups of  rice
1cup of toordal
1/2  cup  channadal
1/4 cup urd dal
1tsp fenugreek seeds
6-7 red chillies
little garlic  ginger  and onion

soak rice  and dals along with fenugreek seeds for
5   to 6hrs  and  grind  and keep it aside

grind red chillies garlic and ginger make a paste and mix to
the batter and keep it over night

next day before making dosa mix finely chopped onions to
the batter add salt and prepare dosa

roast both the sides with ghee  while serving with
chutney and aloo sabzi  place little butter above dosa

Butter masala dosa is ready to eat

    I never tried grinding chillies, ginger and garlic. Very interesting should try.
