Papdi
Chaats are perfect for an evng snack & what better way than making at home.
Ingredients:
1) Wheat or Maida
2) Rava/Sooji
3) Salt as per taste
Method
Make a dough of flour and sooji 3:1 ratio. Knead like rotis, cut small rounds apt for papdi.
Prick it for flat papdis so that it does not become a puri & deep fry. This can be stored in airtigh container for upto 30 days.
For pani puri fry without pricking. These can't be stored for more than a week.
Take it out & add the topping & sauces of your choice & relish.
