how to make :-
first dry roast coriander seeds,jeera ,redchilies ,cloves ,Cinnamon,Til,peanuts
(hv to be careful it should not get burn)
grind roasted spices with coconut onion tamarind Jaggery salt ginger garlic tomoto water (make thick paste )
Cut bringal twoslits (it shd not cut full) stuff masala left over keep itaside for gravy
heat the oil in pan put mustard seed hing curry leaves finely chopped onions drop stuffed bringal keep fliping it shd not get burnt from bottom put remaining masala termeric and add water saute it in small flames add salt to taste grave should reach desired consistency

I love the way this looks sush.....This is a dry sabzi right? Is this to be eaten with roti or rice?
