Required : 1. Whole Gram Masala,( 2 Patta
2. Onions 2 small or 1 big
3. Ginger Garlic Paste 1 teaspoon
4.Green Chilli - 2
5. Veggies ( Beans, Carrot, Potato and Green Peas),
6. Gram Masala, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Chilli Powder
7.Coconut Milk. ( if you are using powder then the first coconut milk should have one cup of water with 3 spoons of coconut powder and the the final one should have 1/2 cup with 3 spoons ratio)
How to Prepare
1. Add Coconut oil ( Preferred) once oil is hot add the Whole Gram Masala sort it and then add onion once the onion is a little brown add the Ginger garlic paste sort well.
2. Add Green Chilli & Chilli Powder,(According to your requirement) Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder ( 1/ 2 spoon this should not be more as then the taste will change).
3. Then add all the cut veggies and add coconut milk, let that cook well
4. Sprinkle Gram masala powder.
5. Add coconut milk again ( This should be a little thick). Do not boil more just a little.
6. Sprinkle corinder leaves.
&. Serve with Appam or Chapati.
