Hotel style Kharabath for breakfast


Ingredients

1 cup  rawa
4 Cup  water
onion finely chopped
greenchillies
Ginger Garlic paste
coriander leaves
1lemon squeezed
grated coconut
cashewnuts
redchilly powder
Garam masala powder
termeric powder
curry leaves
ghee
tomoto
carrot
capsicum
peas
mustard seeds
jeera
channa dal
spliturad dal

first  roast  rawa and  keep it aside

in pan  put  ghee  roast  cashewnuts and  keep it aside

In  same pan  put little more ghee put mustard seeds jeera channaldal uraddal  fry when crackels put  onion  ginger garlic paste curry leaves   fry  after tht put  tomoto chillies and fry put  other  vegetables put  termeric and salt  let it  cook
in  other  container put  4 glass of water and keep it to  boil

when  vegetables are  cooked  put red chilly powder  garam masala and  fry
check  salt  u can  add  if wanted
put boiled  water  and  put rawa  and stir without  lumps
put  coriander leaves little  coconut   .and  little  cashewnuts
Keep it  for  sometime till it  becomes thick
Kharabath is ready .

take a bowl  greece with  ghee  sprinkle  little  coconut  put
Kharabath  to the bowl and press  tight .
take a plate upside down the  cup  this  vl  get cup design
on that  for decoration  place  cashewnut and  coriander leaves.
