Kodubale snacks for evening coffe or for travel


Rice flour 4cups
maida 1/4 cup
grated fresh coconut 3cups
red chillies 10-15
oil or butter 1/4 cup
for deep fry oil 2-3cups
hing

procedure

grind the fresh coconut and red chillies into small paste using little water

Heat oil or butter in kadai and.keep it aside.

Mix rice flour maida with hing and salt and put  heated oil or.butter  and.mix well
add ground coconut paste to the mix and make small dough use little water if necessary
dough should  be  sofy  NOT  too  soft  or  hard.

Take a small  lump of dough and roll on flat surface like thin rope
bring the two ends of the rope together and press lightly with fingers
you  will  get  bangle  shape or  round shape .

heat the oil put these and  deep  fry  after  frying  put them on tissue paper so  it  observes  oil and store them in air tight containers

size of  kodubale depends on individual  liking  can  make  small medium big  too
