Ingredients
1/2 kilo fish
5 garlic pods
1/2 inch ginger
2 spoons of Chilli powder
2 spoons of Kashmiri chilli powder
3 spoons of Coriander powder
Coconut oil
curry leaves
Tamarin (preferred is Kodampaully)
1. First Add Coconut oil about 3 to 4 spoons
2. Add the smashed ginger garlic and fry them well with curry leaves.
3. Once that is done add all the powders fry them well then
4. Add 3 glass of water, Salt for taste and Tamarin
5. Once the water is boiled well then add the fish.
Close it so that it is cooked well.
Once cooked add a spoon of coconut oil and curry leaves.
Fish curry ready I am not sure if you all will like it as I dont like fish :(
But yes this goes very well with Kappa and Rice.
