Tabbouleh Salad


Ingredients

2 oz of Bulgur
Boiling water 250ml.
2 Tomatoes
100gms (few) Spring onions
150gms of Parsley
15gms of Pudina (green mint)
Salt
Black peper Powder
2 limes
1/4 cup of olive cup.

1. Add boiling water to the Bulgur and soak it for 30 mins
2. Cut the Tomatoes, Parsley, Spring onions, and Pudina really small
3. Mix them then add lemon juice and olive oil.
4. Tabbouleh is ready.

Not sure if every one likes the taste of Parsley, but yes very healthy food.
