Jello Mello

This recipe is something i stumbled on which appealed by the looks of it. Its colorful and is a mild sweet tasting one. Its a great one to try for kids as its colorful and kids normally enjoy jelly.

Ingredients

1) Jelly - 3 different colored ones 

2) Milkmaid - 3/4th Cup

3) Gelatin or Agar Agar(veg)

4) Water - 1 & 1/2 cups

Method

Make Jelly of all the 3 boxes as per recipe behind pack. Reduce the water that's mentioned. For e.g if they have mentioned 1 & 1/2 cups of water, use only 1 cup. This is to get a harder jelly. Now let the jelly set. 

In another pan take the gelatin and mix in 1/2 cup of water till it dissolves. If agar agar then boil water and put it in it and stir till it dissolves completely.(check the pack too as sometimes it could have more instructions) Now mix in the milkmaid and the remaining water. Add a little sugar to this mixture in case you like desserts sweeter. Keep it aside.

Now take the set jelly and cut them in cubes. Mix the colors so that all are scattered and put it in a big vessel (Flat bottomed big tray would be best). 

Pour the milkmaid mixture over the jelly evenly. Now keep it in fridge and let it set overnight. 

Once you take it out it can be cut in squares to serve.
